Our Story
How IRIS grew from a founding team into a national EPCM business.
IRIS Integration was founded in 2006 by Gerald and Andrew Ritchie.
IRIS has grown and changed over the years by working with clients to adapt to changing market requirements and needs. Today the business operates as a fully fledged EPCM company.
IRIS has worked on projects throughout Australia for many years and, in 2018, began growing a permanent presence in Victoria with the addition of Martin Berriman to lead Victorian operations. In 2020, office space in North Melbourne was secured for the growing Victorian team.
In 2021 the Queensland office expanded under the guidance of Mark Porter with the addition of a dedicated Mechanical Department, strengthening IRIS capability to offer broader solutions across Queensland and beyond.
To better serve clients in Victoria and Tasmania, IRIS also brought on dedicated project management capability tailored to the delivery needs of those regions.
As western projects continue to grow, IRIS has expanded control systems capability to support work in Western Australia and further strengthen national delivery.
